🚀 Lead the charge in scaling SE Ranking’s revenue from $20M ARR to $27M+ (profitable)!

SE Ranking is on a mission to redefine SEO and digital marketing—and we’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, executive-level role where you’ll build and execute a revenue strategy that moves us up-market, expands our global presence, and increases ACV as we transition from high-velocity SMB sales to mid-market and enterprise opportunities. You’ll i ntegrate and unify our two recently merged sales teams, optimize our inbound and outbound motions, and establish scalable revenue processes that fuel sustainable growth. What You’ll Own & Drive

🔥 Revenue Leadership & Expansion

  • Develop and execute a high-growth revenue strategy, driving predictable, scalable, and profitable growth.
  • Lead our transition from SMB-focused deals to higher-value, longer-cycle mid-market & enterprise sales.
  • Optimize pricing, packaging, and sales motions to increase ACV and sales efficiency.
  • Own pipeline forecasting, ensuring accurate, data-driven revenue predictions.

🚀 Sales & GTM Strategy

  • Align inbound and outbound sales motions with marketing, product, and CS.
  • Unify our two recently merged sales teams, building a single, high-performing revenue engine.
  • Expand market presence in the U.S. and Europe, unlocking new segments and opportunities.
  • Define and implement repeatable, scalable sales processes that drive results.

🎯 Leadership, Culture & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales, marketing, and CS organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement sales training & enablement programs to improve conversion rates and team effectiveness.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment between demand generation and revenue goals.
  • Work with Product & Engineering to leverage customer insights for PLG-driven growth.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Operations to ensure sustainable, profitable revenue models.
  • Drive a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention and expansion.
