Commercial Deposit Administrators assist with treasury management related issues, questions, maintenance from the sales team and deposit operations. The Commercial Deposit Administrator gathers information for appropriate approvals, client agreements, and documentation needed for initial setup and annual product reviews.

Essential Functions/Duties (A few accountabilities that cover the tasks, duties and responsibilities that are most important to get the job done, listed in priority order. Describe what must be accomplished including supervision or management responsibilities and quality and quantity standards.):

  3. Complete on boarding documentation and product set up as it relates to; digital channels, ACH and Wire authority, RDC, Positive Pay, Mobile Deposit and Agiletics. Ensure proper documentation is on file and authorized.
  4. Assist deposit operations with outgoing/incoming wire transfers. Monitor shared deposit operations mailboxes.
  5. Provide training to new clients on treasury management services / set up.
  6. Complete RDC, Mobile, ACH limit modifications.
  7. Assist with treasury management client reviews.
  8. Understand business deposit products and partner with Professional Services and Treasury Management. Support the sales process and portfolio from a servicing perspective.
  9. Maintain detailed knowledge and awareness of all LINKBANK products and services.
  10. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field.
  11. Follow defined procedures and bank policies while completing assigned tasks.
  12. Perform routine maintenance on accounts within multiple deposit and digital channel applications.
  13. Identify, research and resolve reported issues in regards to Treasury Management client on-boarding, servicing and troubleshooting.
  14. Liaison between sales team and Deposit Operations
  15. Provide exceptional client service
  16. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Training:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent education.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel, Word and Outlooks skills
  • Proven quality customer service experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate.
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated and desire to learn
  • Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years of Banking Experience; Platform/Customer Service or Operational Experience preferred

Required Certification/Licenses:

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to all locations in the bank's footprint as needed.

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

  • Technical and detailed analytical work on the computer.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and deliver and receive information clearly, concisely and accurately.
  • Must have the visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.
  • Must have the ability to perform activities such as prepare and analyze data and figures, view computer screen, extensive reading, and report preparation.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
