Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and platform management.
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in analytics tools, including Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging captions and on-brand messaging.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Monday or Zoho CRM to manage schedules and campaigns.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated on social media trends, tools, and features.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills for coordinating with design, paid media, and broader marketing teams.
  • Certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing are a plus.
