Job Description:

Responsible for the timely and safe delivery of messages, packages, plans, or documents of the company to a specified destination. Their duties include picking up items from clients, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery, and maintaining communication with both clients and the delivery service. You are expected the manage your delivery routes, follow delivery schedules, and handle items carefully. This role also will assist the 4LEAF team with any paraprofessional, technical, and clerical duties when necessary.

Key Duties:

• Drop off and pick up plan review projects from various clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and the general public.
• Perform a wide variety of paraprofessional, technical and clerical duties.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and other employees using principles of good customer service.
• Perform related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Scanning tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Modern office practices and procedures.
• Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment.
• Mastery of computer technology.
• Records management practices.
• Basic administrative duties.
• MUST have clean driving record.

4LEAF anticipates paying between $20.00 and $25.00 (per hour) for this position, commensurate with experience.
