Role Description
The Dispatch position is a part-time, on-site role with State-Wide Delivery Service in Columbus, OH. As a Courier Dispatcher, you will be crucial in coordinating transportation with our team of drivers and ensuring timely and secure deliveries in a fast-paced, on-demand environment. The dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for drivers and clients' to facilitate clear communication, resolve any issues that arise, and maintain efficient operations. Dispatchers must stay updated on all deliveries and driver statuses to maintain real-time oversight and promptly address any challenges. This role includes providing outstanding customer service and ensuring drivers comply with Federal and State regulations, certifications, licensures, and safety standards.
