Job Description

Ricci & Associates is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to work remotely and assist with maintaining accurate data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our business operations by ensuring all data is properly recorded organized and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter verify and maintain accurate information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies making corrections where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams remotely to collect missing or unclear data.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed for management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all data is managed according to confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Organize and archive digital files to maintain easy access to information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working independently remotely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing speed (5070 WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or database systems is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).

Pay: 2532$/hr
