As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in analyzing and accurately entering data information to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately input and maintain data across various platforms, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
• Verify, update, and correct data entries as necessary.
• Process and organize large amounts of data in an efficient and timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining databases and filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
• Handle sensitive data in accordance with confidentiality and security guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding data-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that data entries meet specified standards and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Google Workspace, and other data management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely and on-site.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
