Event Travel and Accommodation Planner (Remote)

We're seeking a Remote Event Travel and Accommodation Planner to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for planning and managing travel and accommodation arrangements for events, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Event Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange travel logistics for event attendees, including flights, transportation, and accommodation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Accommodation Booking: Secure the best lodging options for event participants based on their preferences and needs, ensuring comfort and convenience.
• Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their event travel needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to confirm bookings and ensure high-quality service.
• Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or changes to travel and accommodation arrangements in a professional and timely manner.
