Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-profile wellness entrepreneur and founder of a growing brand. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, managing a variety of tasks to ensure the principal's professional and personal life runs seamlessly. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, coordinate appointments, and manage meetings efficiently.
• Assist with recording and posting content, collaborate with the marketing team, and monitor social media trends to enhance the brand’s online presence.
• Accompany the principal to wellness events, provide on-site assistance, and ensure smooth logistics.
• Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips.
• Act as the point of contact for high-level interactions with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Support various projects, including marketing initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high-profile individuals or celebrities.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Miami Beach and be available for occasional on-site support.
• Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with content creation tools.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and strong communication skills.
• Occasional travel is needed. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Primarily remote with occasional on-site support.
