Job Posting: On-Site Live-In Motel Manager Location: Hotel M, 1400 Saratoga Ave, Morgantown, WV 26505 We are seeking an On-Site Live-In Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of Hotel M in Morgantown, WV. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to manage a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of motel operations, including guest check-ins, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience with top-notch customer service.
• Manage reservations and ensure room availability is properly maintained.
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of motel facilities and grounds.
• Implement and enforce motel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Proven experience in the hotel/motel tourism industry.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day responsibilities.
• Willingness to live on-site at the motel and be available for emergencies.
• Ability to manage a team, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and handle operational challenges.
