Job Description

The Administrator is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of all activities related to administration, personnel management, information systems, office operations, and compliance with safety regulations. This role works closely with the leadership team to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to organizational standards.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide guidance and support to coordinators and supervisors to improve administrative service quality.
  • Assist in planning and managing administrative and operational teams.
  • Monitor the organization’s budget and ensure efficient resource management.
  • Analyze operational indicators to adjust staffing levels and control costs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and administrative statistics.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and oversee training and compliance programs.
  • Coordinate strategies to improve operational efficiency using technology and information systems.
  • Serve as the primary contact for compliance matters and internal audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration within the healthcare sector or related fields.
  • Bachelor ’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of operational procedures, financial management, quality control, and human resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in office technology and software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
