The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for supervising, motivating, mentoring and coordinating a team of sales representatives. You are tasked with ensuring the members of your team meet and exceed sales quotas by helping with the closing of accounts. Work with business owners to educate them about Fortis solutions by prospecting over the phone.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing, directing, and motivating sales team to ensure quotas are being met.
· Assisting in closing of sales
· Work closely with Sales Performance Analyst and Vice President of Sales in all aspects of team management and training
· Aid in the hiring and termination of team members
· Ensure all team members adhere to the company's policies, rules and work per the instructions given
· Develops a list of prospects from resource materials or company records
· Enter sales lead information into CRM for appointments, proposals, and follow ups.
· Introduce Fortis to potential clients
· Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
· Educating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
· Quote rates, fees, and prices about our services to prospective clients
· Closing sales of our payment processing services
· Maintain a positive attitude towards colleagues and management
· Be responsible, timely, and organized

Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred OR work related experience
· Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
· Demonstrated and proven sales results
· Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, creating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking customer data, CRM software familiarity, and lead generation software.
· In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
· Incentive-driven and sales motivated
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Positive demeanor and professional dress
· Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
· Be strong and assertive with the ability to overcome objections
