(LatAm) Brand Designer Work Hours: M-F, ââââââ 8-5pm or 9 to 6pm ââââ
Time Zone: North American timezone (6-8hour overlap)
Rate: $2000 per month
Company/Client Overview: The company is the first at-home gut microbiome testing platform for families using shotgun metagenomic sequencing. Their flagship Gut Health Stool Test is tailored specifically for those trying to conceive, expecting moms and babies 0-3 years old, with the goal of preventing gut imbalances in the critical first 1,000 days that may lead to eczema, allergies, asthma, obesity, and other chronic diseases later in life.
About the role: As Brand Designer, you will tell the story of Tiny Health and drive brand awareness, user engagement, and growth across marketing channels. You will design Tiny Health brand collateral, including website design, social media assets, email templates, packaging, and more. This part-time, contract position reports directly to the Marketing Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities: â Design assets for digital campaigns, landing pages, email, social, print, and events.
â Build and extend our existing visual language as an extension of our brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
â Enable non-designers to create on-brand assets with the development of self-serve templates, tools, libraries, request processes, etc.
â Actively contribute to Tiny Health’s Brand Guidelines/Standards
â Collaborate with the marketing team and outside agencies to understand objectives and create designs that achieve desired results
â Collaborate with Product/UX Design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
â Collaborate with Marketing and Science to turn complex concepts into easy-to-understand visuals to help educate prospects and customers
â Iterate on concepts to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s) and more effective in performance-based channels.
Minimum Requirements: â 3+ years’ professional brand design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment (past work in direct-to-consumer health/wellness brands a bonus)
â Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
â A portfolio of brand design samples illustrating work across marketing channels
â Experience with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
â Ideally familiar with Webflow, Webflow CMS, and its applications
â Effective in conveying visual brand identity across multiple marketing channels
â Ability to take complex concepts and translate them into effective, persuasive visuals
â Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch creative ideas
â Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects.
â A curious mind and a desire to hit the ground running
