Our firm is seeking to add an Intake Specialist to our growing team of legal professionals. Our expanding firm is looking for an Intake Specialist who is driven to connect with and capture new clients for our services. Your mission would be to establish the firm’s relationship with potential clients via telephone. The Intake Specialist is one of the first contacts for our future clients, and the ideal candidate for this role would be enthusiastic, compassionate, and have outstanding communication skills. We are looking for a closer - someone who can aid potential clients’ confidence in signing with our firm from a depth of knowledge of who we are and what we offer, and who can handle all aspects of potential client intake; including, but not limited to:

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
· Answer inbound calls from new clients, take messages, schedule appointments, provide information
· Outbound call follow-up to reschedule appointments, obtain signed documents, obtain missing information
· Screen cases, qualify/disqualify potential clients, send non-representation letters
· Manage client agreements, obtain signatures, retainer agreements
· Maintain documents and records in a CRM and other databases
· Serve as point of contact for potential clients throughout the intake process;
· Clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication;
· Following communication "scripts" when handling different topics;
· Learn about the Firm’s practice areas and become conversant with the legal issues facing our clients;
· Demonstrate empathy to potential clients and put them at ease during their difficult time;
· Provide detailed written summaries about potential clients’ needs to attorneys;
· Request and review all necessary documents from potential clients
· Reaching out to potential clients interested in our services
· There are no cold calls in this position

Desired Experience Includes, but not limited to:
· 2-3 years of customer service-related experience, ideally over the phones in a fast-paced environment
· 2-3 years of experience in a law firm environment would be great, but we are open to the right person with experience from outside the industry
Hours and Compensation:
Our offices are located in Greenwood Village, CO and Colorado Springs, CO, but we are open to remote employees in other US locations who are highly reliable.
Full-time position, hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm MST.
Compensation includes a base salary starting at $55,000, plus monthly commission based on reaching sales targets. This position includes health insurance, dental coverage, and vision coverage. We offer paid time off and paid holidays.
