Position Summary:
The Enrollment Specialist serves as the primary contact for clients during the enrollment process, guiding employees through their benefits selection and ensuring they understand their options. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a consultative sales approach, and a commitment to providing high-quality client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group and one-on-one benefits education sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide clear, personalized benefits consultations.
- Answer client inquiries regarding plan options, coverage details, and eligibility requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on current benefit plans, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure scheduling efficiency.
- Support post-enrollment follow-ups to resolve any client issues and maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Active insurance license (Life & Health, Accident preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in benefits enrollment, insurance sales, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with public sector clients or union groups is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
