Our client is seeking a litigation paralegal to join their fast-paced team!

Position Overview:

Title: Paralegal

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $85K - $110K (DOE)

Start Date: Within 2 weeks of offer

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Interview Process: Virtual Teams Interview with Attorneys

Qualifications:

✅ 5-7 years of litigation support experience in a law firm

✅ Bachelor’s degree (on-campus required)

✅ Paralegal Certificate (mandatory)

✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint)

✅ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct litigation support, including case management, document preparation, and scheduling
• Assist attorneys with court filings, docket management, and trial preparation
• Order and track medical records, manage litigation expenses, and prepare invoices
• Communicate professionally with clients and coordinate case-related information
