Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Calibration Technician. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with manufacturing and equipment calibration processes.
Education and Training:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or an associate degree in maintenance, electrical systems, or a related
field preferred.
• Completion of apprenticeship programs for both electrical and mechanical systems
beneficial.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing various machinery and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques to ensure equipment reliability.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various machining equipment such as lathes,
mills, grinders, and CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Knowledge of machining processes, including cutting, drilling, milling, and turning.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and
gauges.
• Proficiency in using various test and measurement equipment
• Ability to calibrate a wide range of measurement devices, including electrical, mechanical,
and dimensional equipment
• Strong knowledge of calibration procedures, equipment, and standards
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines is a plus.
