Marketing Internship

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team at 4Creeks, a design and build firm. The ideal candidate will assist with various marketing initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment while contributing to the firms growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities - Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, website updates, and internal communications including our company magazine.
- Social Media Management: Help plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Market Research: Assist with conducting industry research to support strategic marketing efforts.
- Event Support: Assist with planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, community engagement initiatives, and company events.
- Design Support: Help develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, using design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain marketing files, client databases, and performance analytics.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general support to the marketing team, including coordinating meetings, taking notes, and managing timelines.
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Compensation Hourly rate will be determined by candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. We consider our interns as temporary employees, therefore not eligible for our Benefits package. The expected pay range for this position is $20/hr to $24/hr.
