The plus for working for FocusOne Mortgage Solutions is that we provide leads from our Credit Union Partners, but you are welcome to bring your leads in. We originate portfolios, brokers, FNMA, and Government Loans. Member Home Loan/FocusOne Mortgage Solutions is licensed in Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Ohio, and expanding.

One must possess an NMLS license to originate mortgage loans in Texas and be willing to obtain other states' licenses.

The Mortgage Loan Officer
· Develops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, existing and prospective, along with FocusOne Mortgage Solutions business partners.
· Prospects of new mortgage lending opportunities.
· Meets with customers as necessary during various stages of the loan process.
· Utilizes training materials, reference tools, and other resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan program/policy information to both external customers and internal business partners.
· Provides complete loan applications to be put into processing.
· Ensures exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and providing ongoing communication to customers and business partners.
· Oversees and ensures successful completion of all assigned Mortgage Loan Officer Training activities.
