The Opportunity
We are seeking an Order Manager – Logistics/Shipping to join our full-time, on-site operations in Olyphant, PA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of order entry and fulfillment using our digital systems, ensuring our high standards in quality control and seamless operations between our NJ office and PA warehouse. You will play a key role in the smooth flow of goods and information—from coordinating domestic shipments to liaising with our manufacturing partners overseas—while providing exceptional service to our customers. Order Processing & Documentation
· Enters orders using our software and manages digital tools; generates essential shipping documents such as labels, price stickers, pallet tags, bills of lading, and invoices.
· Prepares, reviews, and ensures accuracy of shipping documents—including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork—to comply with regulations; monitor a digital calendar to track incoming and outgoing orders.
Responsive Communication & Logistics Coordination
· Serves as the primary communication bridge between our NJ office and the PA warehouse; uses Google Chat, email, and phone calls to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
· Coordinates domestic shipments and works closely with manufacturing partners overseas to plan, schedule, and track shipments.
· Provides customers with updates on order status and shipping schedules while addressing inquiries promptly.
Quality Control & Process Improvement
· Monitors inventory levels, reconciles discrepancies, and assists in optimizing stock levels; addresses chargebacks and manages quality control proactively.
· Identifies opportunities to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in order entry, quality control, administrative support, or related fields, with a track record of supervising teams and overseeing operational processes. Proven performance in fast-paced, high-volume environments, with hands-on experience in process improvement and systems-driven operations. Experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly within dynamic industries, will be considered a strong asset.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
