Summary: The Director of Operations oversees all fulfillment activities from planning the seasonal schedule of production to shipment of goods. Develops policies and procedures to ensure staff carry out daily operations efficiently and effectively and to ensure compliance with company objectives, systems, and established regulations. With other management, leads the development and adoption of new systems and practices to improve business operations. Coordinates activities with other departments and Shipper-partners in pursuit of company goals and fosters an environment of trust and respectful behavior. Acts as the liaison with shipper partners, working to help them maintain packing efficiencies while still meeting customer service demands, and providing a high level of customer service to all parties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. This position requires the ability to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment at efficient speed.
Compensation Range: Wages start at $115,000 up to $165,000 annually, based upon experience. This position is a Full-time Exempt position.
