Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet, welcome and direct high-volume of visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
• Looking after visitors on arrival; directing toward beverage stations, maintaining coat and bag check when necessary
• Maintaining the reception area, ensuring the area is presentable at all times and fully stocked
• Answering and fielding telephone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking accurate messages
• Support requests for space reservations- huddle and conference rooms, offices
• Learning basic layout of space/referring to floorplans to be able to direct attendees to key locations (meeting rooms, coat check, restrooms, first aid, etc)
• Checking guests into events and meetings, verifying photo ID and printing visitor badges when necessary
• Coordinating the Foundation’s guest lists in partnership with building concierge
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Assisting with additional event support as needed
• Assisting with processing invoices as needed
• Performing related duties as directed or assigned by manager
• Comfortable learning and using technology, as work requires use of at least five apps: Box, Tango, Workspeed, Salesforce, Outlook.
