Position Objectives: We are seeking a dynamic and action-driven Transaction Manager to lead and optimize our pending buy/loan pipeline. The primary goal of this role is to increase closing ratios across the company while maximizing transaction profitability using the metrics and tools provided. This role involves closing a significant number of personal deals through our "ship-in" division and Sarasota physical office. Responsibilities include coaching market directors, providing deal assistance, and achieving 1,000+ direct client interactions monthly, with a focus on closing transactions for both our "ship-in" division and office locations. A critical component of this position is offering frequent and continuous buy and loan value assessments to our team company-wide, as well as providing support for underwriting needs.
