We’re working with a fast-growing start-up building a corporate travel chatbot that allows travelers and arrangers to book and manage travel within enterprise chat channels like Slack & Teams. Using the latest in LLMs and generative AI, the platform streamlines complex itineraries and changes with natural language. Backed by top investors, this company is transforming corporate travel and saving enterprises millions in excess costs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and build the AI chatbot for corporate travel using LLMs
• Develop and maintain chat workflows, defining intents and ensuring scalability
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to optimize the system
• Work with both general and fine-tuned models, deploying across cloud infrastructure
• Curate, test, and manage datasets for travel-specific conversations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with a focus on chatbots and LLMs
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, including NLP, GPT, embeddings, and model fine-tuning
• Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and standing up custom models
• Proficiency in Python and an understanding of software engineering best practices
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and backend technologies (Django, Redis)
