Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE
The position is responsible for the accurate shipping of product to meet company standards of safety, quality and productivity. This position interacts with other warehouse personnel, management, carriers, vendors and departments on a regular basis and must maintain professional and courteous relationships.

This position is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing and shipping of product to meet company standards of safety, quality and productivity. This position interacts with other warehouse personnel, management, carriers, vendors and other departments on a regular basis and must maintain professional and courteous relationships.
Data Entry & Integrity
Input data daily in reports as assigned.
Maintain Shipping Schedule integrity
Maintain Driver log integrity
Reporting & Analysis
Verify all shipments in WMS
Follow CGMP standards.
End of month reporting verification and validation.
Client Engagement
Client Relations
Organization Analysis
Effective email, phone, and interpersonal communication.
Technical Expertise
Manage outbound paperwork flow from office to warehouse operative for loading.
Verify order quantities to ensure they are shipping complete
Email paperwork to carriers and broker
Special Projects
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Include minimum qualifications for formal training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or working experience. Identify the level of knowledge; skills, and/or abilities (KSAs) required to perform the essential job responsibilities and duties competently.
Education/Certification
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, forklift certification.
Required Knowledge
Simple Math, Microsoft Office, WMS
Experience Required
3-5 years’ experience in a similar clerk role in a warehousing/distribution environment
Skills/Abilities
Intermediate computer skills, ability to operate a forklift and maintain certification and ability to follow directions and work independently.
