About the Position

Our growing team is looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant to our Nashville Office. If you bring your dedication, high level of detail, and results-oriented focus, you will thrive in this dynamic role! This is a newly created role in which you will be assisting the Administrative Coordinator who works between marketing, sales, and product development.

This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of various departments by providing daily support in coordinating operations. The ideal candidate will be able to have tasks delegated to them and complete them with quality and efficiency. You must possess a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities consist of inventory management, file maintenance, and assisting with customer service and project completion. A further breakdown of the duties is detailed below:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for multiple accounts and brands.
  • Fulfill replacement product orders for customers.
  • Ship products from the office for testing.
  • Coordinate the handling and distribution of product samples as needed, ensuring they are tracked and accounted for.
  • Assume the role of the Happiness Guarantee program coordinator during Parental Leave.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to receive and complete various tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently.
  • Highly adaptable to changing circumstances and requirements.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including the Windows operating system.
  • Adept at mastering new software applications and operations processes.

Nice to have:

  • Customer service experience.
