Blockchain Grants Dynamo & Funding Guru

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, networked, and strategic Blockchain Grants Dynamo who can help us navigate and conquer the world of decentralized funding! If you’ve got a knack for grants, a passion for blockchain, and an eye on the future, then you might just be our new funding guru. Our targets? DAOs, Web3 communities, blockchain protocols, and NGOs. We need someone who knows the players, loves the space, and can spot opportunities others might miss.

What You’ll Be Up To:  

Grant Strategy & Chasing Big Fish

• Sniff out new blockchain grants and snag funding like a pro – we’re talking partnerships with DAOs, DeFi protocols, and token-based grants.
• Build strategies that turn Web3 funding opportunities into gold, from decentralized finance (DeFi) streams to the latest in token-driven grants.
• Keep everything rolling smoothly, from proposal submission to final payment, and report back to our community on our wins with blockchain transparency and flair.
• Craft competitive, eye-catching grant applications that scream “pick us!” in the blockchain crowd.

Building the Web3 Ecosystem

• Stay in the know about new players, partners, and opportunities in the crypto ecosystem. Got a favorite DAO? Let’s chat!
• Work with our team to align blockchain funding with our impact goals, translating big ideas into practical opportunities.
• Conduct stealth market research to get the inside scoop on the latest blockchain partnerships and tokenized grant pools.

Collaboration & Strategy Sessions

• Work closely with our sales, finance, and project teams to keep our budget aligned and future-focused. Tokenomics are key!
• Partner with our blockchain community to keep their voices central to our grant-making and development process.
• Take part in strategic brainstorms that shape our path forward in the crypto space, and keep us on track to hit ambitious funding goals.
• Nurture meaningful relationships with crypto bigwigs, blockchain communities, and impact-driven partners who’ll help us make waves in Web3.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in blockchain, impact funding, or nonprofit leadership.
• 7+ years in grant or business development, with 3+ years navigating the crypto universe.
• Sharp understanding of blockchain principles like DAOs, smart contracts, tokenomics, and decentralized protocols.
• Proven track record of scoring big in the blockchain grant world (if you’ve worked with Web3 ecosystems, we’re already impressed).
• A communicator who can translate complex crypto concepts into plain language for diverse audiences.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in blockchain software, CRM, and tools that keep everyone in sync.
• Analytical, creative, and problem-solving pro with a love for innovation in blockchain.
