What You'll Do:
Master Contract Management: Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of complex procurement contracts.
Drive Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Optimize Spending: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
Ensure Compliance: Manage risk and compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and standards.
Champion System Implementation: Assist in the implementation and optimization of procurement software systems.
Build Strong Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Negotiate Effectively: Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor Supplier Performance: Ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to agreements.
Achieve Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day procurement activities and utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage Budgets: Develop and manage the procurement budget and analyze financial data.
Ensure Financial Compliance: Work with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial standards.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Professional certifications (CPSM or CIPS) are a plus.
8-10 years of procurement experience.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
Proficiency with procurement software and tools (e.g., Sudozi, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
Proficiency with Contract Management tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Knowledge of sourcing practices and supplier management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
High degree of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

Competitive salary range ($110,000 - $148,000 annually, depending on location, skills, experience, and education).
